FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

What can I expect when you come by to shoot my business? Our corporate videos generally take about an hour, no more than an hour and a half from the moment we get to your business to when we leave. There will be 1-2 film makers that will arrive with the camera, lighting, and sound equipment and usually takes a couple of minutes to set up. After set up is complete, we will discuss some of the topics that will be discussed on the video. We then shoot an interview that takes about 5-15 minutes to complete. After the interview process is done, we go around your business looking for B-Roll to possibly add to your corporate video. Depending on how much B-Roll is collected and if extra files are given to us by the client, our total time for shooting B-Roll ranges from 15-30 minutes to collect. After that our team packs up their equipment and leaves. Our time there usually takes longer if unexpected changes happen at the last minute or the client needs to attend other matters.

I'm nervous about being on camera, what can I expect during the interview? First thing's first, we want your experience with our company to be great one. We will do what we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible during the interview process. What usually happens is that the camera man who is doing the interviewing sets up the camera beside him and asks you questions in an informal way as if you are having a regular conversation without you knowing you are even being recorded. YOU WILL NOT be looking into the camera answering the questions unless you request to have it done that way.

What is the turnaround time for the project? Many issues come into effect regarding when the project is finished. Depending on the size of the project and if items for elements are needed from the client. A project deadline will be in place upon starting the project.

Do I get final approval of the final project? Yes, keep in mind that we will contact you during every part of the process to give you an update of the project. You will be in charge of the final outcome to assure that you are getting what you wanted.

How much does a project usually cost? It's different for every project. Since no two projects are the same, every production will cost different. We can assure you that whatever your project is that we will give you the most cost effective and competitive rate in the Houston production market.

Does your production company offer your services In-house or do you us outside vendors? Yes, we do all of our projects In-house. If an outside vendor is needed you will be notified before starting the project.

Does your production company offer a guarantee? Yes, your project will be finished on-time, on-budget, at the quality you expect unless the client makes changes to extend the production time, which would therefore change the price as well.

What is your company’s core area of expertise? Our company is a core expert in productions involving; video, lighting, sound, and graphics for video, web, and print.

What makes your company different from other production companies? What we hear from all of our clients is our process of communication that makes us different from our competitors. Lack of communication can easily lead to most people paying more than expected at a quality they are unhappy with.

Do you provide a proposal? Absolutely! You will be given a proposal that will give you a very close idea of what to expect from beginning to end after a meeting is in place so we can understand what the project will involve.

How does your company handle unexpected problems? Whether it’s during production or changes the client wants last minute, we understand when using a large of electronics many things can go wrong. In our case, we have always found solutions and we feel very confident we will always have a solution regardless of what may happen, maintaining a high-level of professionalism and ending up with a high quality production.

How will my finished project be delivered? There are many different options we offer when it comes to how your project is delivered to you. We have the ability to deliver your video on a DVD to play on any DVD player and a Data DVD for a digital copy. But, in some cases time and distance can be a factor so we can also send files through ftp sites if needed or through downloadable links if necessary.
